Before Purchasing:

 

Please note that all earrings are carefully made with thought and love and are subject to slight variation (in color, design, shape) due to its handmade nature. Therefore, no two earrings will be exactly the same. Exact color of earrings may vary from what is shown in stock photo.

I am constantly working to improve my processes, methods, and supplies to create earrings that I am extremely proud of! We inspect each piece before packaging any orders to ensure they are of the highest quality, and if something were to break during transport (see RETURN POLICY) I will be more than happy to send you a replacement. 

Any special promotions or discount codes do NOT apply to custom or wholesale orders.

Any orders placed from 'Special Selection' are final sale and cannot be cancelled or requested for refund. 

 

 

Terms & Conditions

 

Keep in mind that since all earrings are individually designed, sculpted, and packaged by hand. They're perfectly imperfect and no two pairs are exactly the same. There may be a slight variation in color or shape within each design and some earrings may contain slight imperfections such as small bubbles or tiny scratches.

 

So Joyous Co works extremely hard to improve the creative process, methods, and materials she uses. The slight imperfections make them all the more unique and authentically handmade. So Joyous Co. uses polymer clay and stainless steel earring posts/backs. Polymer clay is a very LIGHTWEIGHT material that is both water-resistant and flexible. Stainless steel earring posts are HYPOALLERGENIC, perfect for sensitive ears!

 

This is a one-woman owned small boutique, so please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. If something were to break during shipping or you receive a damaged product, please see RETURN POLICY.

Return Policy

All sales are FINAL. I DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. However, if something were to happen to your earrings during transport or within 7 days of your purchase, damaged earring returns will be accepted and I will gladly remake you a new pair of the same style and send them out ASAP. For further investigation and quality control purposes, we do ask that you send back the damaged earrings with a return label that provided to you. Please contact Hello@Sojoyous.co  for order inquiries.

If you need to make changes to your order after placed, please email me at Hello@Sojoyous.co. ALL EARRING PURCHASES are final sale and due to the nature of the business and weekly shop restocks ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. We do not have the obligation to accept order cancellations once an order has been placed & payment has been completed. 

 

Once an order is placed in "In-transit" status, we no longer hold responsibility for that order and you must contact USPS directly for any lost or stolen packages. We are not obligated to replace/refund/provide store credit in the case of a lost or stolen package. 

 

If you accidentally put in the incorrect address after shipment of your package, you will be charged a RESHIPMENT FEE of $3 to reship your package. Please double check your address before submitting your order!

Orders CANNOT be cancelled. Once an order has been placed and payment has been completed, I do not have the obligation to accept order cancellations. 

Once orders are dropped off to USPS and are in-transit, I have no control of what happens to your packages. If you believe your package was stolen or lost, please contact USPS directly. To avoid this mishap, please keep an eye out on your tracking number on your emails and retrieve your packages immediately after delivery! 

If you are worried about stolen/missing packages, I do offer a "sign only" delivery option for an extra fee. Please contact/DM me if you will like this option!

 

Shipping 

 

 

 

U.S. domestic orders includes U.S. territories, such as Guam and Puerto Rico. Please contact me if you are from a different U.S. territory  so I can add your country to my shipping list! 

 

Free shipping is available on domestic US orders and Free International Shipping if your order is over $75 unless otherwise such as a sale!

All packages are packaged by hand.
